Shipping & Ordering

Shipping and handling charges are based on the weight and size of your order and the shipping distance to the destination. We only ship within the United States. USPS 2-day priority shipping is usually preferred.

Your shopping cart total does not include the shipping cost for your order. Unless you plan to pick up your order locally, you will need to contact InCharacter by e-mail or text to figure out the shipping cost, by providing us with your order and the receiving zip code. After calculation, we will inform you of the order total including shipping cost.

Upon receipt of your payment, we will contact you with an order confirmation and an estimated completion date. We will also notify you when your order is shipped (or ready for pick-up.)

Payments are accepted through Square.com, PayPal.com, or zellepay.com.
